Preamble to the Convention
We, the High Contracting Parties of the United Council of Sovereign Authorities, in order to promote absolute institutional order, guarantee mutual diplomatic recognition, and establish frameworks for inter-jurisdictional peace, do hereby ratify this founding charter.
It is the irrevocable right of every approved sovereign body to exercise absolute authority within its declared territorial borders, completely unhindered by unauthorized external entities. Through this global assembly, we commit to holding open diplomatic discourse, logging lawful land claims, and neutrally resolving disputes under the supreme gaze of international law.
